An appointment must be cancelled immediately, 

if either the client or the therapist presents with even mild symptoms

of an infectious or communicable disease including:

Fever, Cough, Chills, Shortness of breath,
Sore throat or pain with swallowing, 

Stuffy or runny nose, Loss of sense of smell

Headache, Muscle aches, Extreme Fatigue
Loss of appetite and or Diarrhea

DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING

ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS.

Masks are now optional in the clinic. Please let your therapist know if you would prefer them to wear a mask for your appointment.
